Security: no card data
The safest card data is the data that never passes through you — POSLink's architecture is built on exactly that principle.
In short
POSLink does not store or process card data. The card communicates directly with the bank through the bank terminal's secure channels; POSLink receives only payment confirmations — amount, status, transaction number. All data travels encrypted, at the banking standards applied by the partner banks (MAIB, Victoriabank, OTP Bank, MICB). The platform is developed by Intelectsoft SRL, Chișinău.
How responsibility is split
- The terminal and the bank — card reading, authorization, banking security standards. Card data stays in that circuit.
- POSLink — routing the payment command and returning the confirmation. It sees the amount and status, never the card.
- Your system — the invoice and the confirmation. It never touches card data either.
This model drastically reduces the risk surface: there is no card database at POSLink or at your side to be compromised.
Access and audit
Each client gets their own APIKey (UUID); sensitive operations — cancellations, refunds — are available from the cabinet and API and remain traceable per transaction.
