Payment and fiscalization are separate processes — POSLink links them: the payment confirmation (card, contactless, QR) automatically triggers the fiscal receipt via Intelectsoft's certified fiscal modules, transmitted to SIA MEV, the State Tax Service system. The fiscalized amount is exactly the amount paid; the invoice closes in the ERP, the receipt reaches the customer. For Intelectsoft fiscalization clients with terminals from the 4 partner banks, POSLink is included free.

Why together?

Without a link between payment and fiscalization, two classic problems appear: card takings without receipts (a compliance risk) and manual reconciliation between the bank statement and register reports. When the payment confirmation triggers the receipt, the paid and fiscalized amounts are identical by construction — reconciliation disappears.

The full flow

The customer pays — card at the terminal, contactless or QR.
POSLink receives the confirmation from the terminal and returns it to your system.
The certified Intelectsoft fiscal module issues the receipt for exactly the amount paid and transmits it to SIA MEV.
The customer receives the receipt; the invoice closes in the ERP; everything shows in the cabinets.

Does the bank terminal issue a fiscal receipt?

Not by itself — payment and receipt are separate processes. With POSLink + Intelectsoft's fiscal modules, the payment confirmation automatically triggers the fiscal receipt, transmitted to SIA MEV.

Can the receipt amount differ from the amount paid?

No — the receipt is issued for exactly the amount the terminal confirmed. Differences and recounts disappear.

Do I need to be an MEV client to use POSLink?
